Resident Reviews

submitted by Bailey C. - |Recommended: YesGreat Property — It's a really great apartment space to live in for the price.
submitted by Muhammad S. - |Recommended: YesGreat, comfortable, cheaper than on campus housing — It's great a little out of the way, so you'd need a car to get to places. Other than that it is pretty much all you could ask for.
submitted by Yueshi Z. - |Recommended: YesGood property to stay — It's a good environment for RIT students to live in.
submitted by Shogo H. - |Recommended: YesGreat apartment — Clean and safe to live.
submitted by Daniel A. - |Recommended: YesComfortable Living For a College Student — Overall, living here is very comfortable. It is pretty much a quiet community, and there are amenities such as coffee machine in the lobby, conference room, as well as an in site gym. Only downside for me is the limited parking space.
submitted by Elizabeth W. - |Recommended: YesPretty good — Parking during the evenings is hard, although it is not a problem during the day. The walk from the overflow lot is annoying, especially while carrying things like groceries. The walls can be a little thin, particularly between bedrooms within the apartment, but I haven't had any issues hearing neighboring apartments. The building is clean, and every maintenance issue we've had has been taken care of quickly. The shuttle is very convenient. Overall, it was pretty nice, but the closed restricted amenities take away a lot of what seems to make the Hill a great place to live. Without that, it's pretty average.
submitted by Joseph B. - |Recommended: YesBest Student Living — The apartments are very large, fully furnished with nice amenities, fast wifi, utility cap is large and rarely reached, the apartments are in a great location, the office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the main parking lot fills up very quickly. Overall the best option for student living.

Parking is okay, would be better if there was a foot path from the lower parking spaces. Leasing office employees are respectful and easy to work with and most amenities are well maintained
submitted by Michael W. - |Recommended: YesThe shuttle service is disappointing — The property is really nice having your own bathroom. The rent is expensive and the shuttle service is in frequent and sometimes late.
submitted by Angie - |Recommended: YesStaff very knowledgeable and friendly. Had the pleasure of talking to someone named Shaqiua on the phone and in person
submitted by Peiwen H. - |Recommended: YesAbout the gym — I wish there’s coffee machine. And it would be better if the gym open for 24hours
submitted by Latyana P. - |Recommended: YesEmployees at the front desk are very helpful and kind. Especially Shaquia who is professional in every way and goes out of her way to assist residents and their needs.
submitted by Leah B. - |Recommended: YesI love the environment and the apartments are very nice. The staff are great and very helpful. Shaquia's was very helpful during a plant activity and made the experience fun.
submitted by Courtney R. - |Recommended: YesI love it here The office staff is so nice and friendly. I love all of the fun activities planned as well. The accommodations here are great.
